Services
Here at Real Estate by Design, we provide many services including professional photography, virtual tours, post card mailing, internet marketing, and E-newsletters. You can read specific details regarding each of these when you follow the links on either the home page or from the left side menu bar to a services order page.

Custom Design
All artwork is custom designed by a professional, and PDF proofs are sent to the client for approval before the piece leaves the design stage. Revisions are unlimited, as long as they are within reason. Typically the color pallet designed for listings are coordinated to match photos of the home, unless otherwise specified.

Printing
| Printing on small scale projects (smaller then 11X17) is typically 300DPI, unless otherwise specified on the details page for a product. All printed products are full bleed, and trimmed to size. Printing is always included in our prices. |
Shipping
Priority shipping is included in our prices. Conveniently receive your items at your home or office within 7 Business days after you approve your custom design. Rush delivery is available on orders placed over the telephone for an additional cost.

Web Hosting
Web hosting is provided with each website package for a monthly fee. At this time, we do not offer websites without monthly web hosting and maintenance. If you are interested in hosting your own website, you may wish to contact us by telephone at 845-332-5444 so that we can recommend a freelance web designer to you.

Post Card Mailing
Mailing services orders are available for post card orders of 250 or greater. At this time, all orders for mailing services must be placed over the telephone. By opting to have Real Estate by Design handle your mailing, you may choose to send us your own personal address list, or use a targeted address list based on a specific location. Many realtors choose this option because it saves them the hassle of printing or handwriting hundreds of addresses and applying postage.
